To mindfully love and mindfully lead is to fully know ourselves as individuals embedded within a system of ever-changing conditions and relationships. To be a leader is first and foremost to be a leader of ourselves… whether or not the roles in our lives have us leading others, it is essential that we all develop leadership aptitudes if we hope to be the hero or heroine of our own life.
Balancing learning and leisure, our time on retreat will be spent developing new ways of thinking and feeling about ourselves, our lives, and our work, all while forming new friendships centered around deep meaning and purpose. We’ve chosen a large family home to help support us in creating a warm environment for the chosen family we’ll become during our time together.

This retreat will be ideal for learning more about ourselves, and how in turn to translate those learnings into practical actions in both our personal and professional lives. In addition to didactic and experiential learning, we’ll have ample time for leisure, exploring the region, and for connecting deeply with each other.
Join us for this week of mindful exploration… a week for us to practice self-awareness, to engage in deep and meaningful group discussions, and to practice connecting with each other in a relaxed and beautifully supportive family-style environment.
